If you are using Slack as the main channel of communication in your organization, Slack allows you to receive your travel-related notifications from Trip.Biz directly in Slack. Connect your Slack workspace to Trip.Biz to receive real-time notifications directly in your Slack workspace. Follow the steps below to activate the integration and be informed on approvals, bookings statuses, and booking updates.

Administrators: Enabling Slack Integration

To receive notifications in Slack, the integration must first be enabled at the company level by an administrator.

If you're a Trip.Biz Administrator, here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Trip.Biz account.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Profile icon, and select "Settings" in the dropdown list of options.
  3. Select "Settings"
  4. At the Slack section, click "Enable App".
  5. Once this is done, you will receive notifications by default once the app has been added on their Slack Workspace. You also have the option to opt out of receiving these notifications.

Travelers: Receiving Slack Notifications

To receive Trip.Biz notifications in Slack, your company admin must first enable the integration at the company level (above). Once this is done, you'd also need to add the Trip.Biz app to your Slack account in a few simple steps:

  2. Click "Browse apps", and type 'Trip.Biz' into the search bar
